Line management

  • You will be line managed clinically by our Western Pacific Associate Medical Director or, in his/her absence, our Medical Director; and you will be line managed non-clinically by our Western Pacific Operations Manager.

  • Your line management will be supportive in nature and will include regular performance reviews to enhance your performance and professional growth.

Terms & Conditions

  • As a volunteer, you will need to raise your own financial support.

  • You will take six weeks and (if required) one week pro rata of unpaid annual leave and study leave respectively, both pro rata.

  • When working in the Philippines, you will receive free accommodation at our Olongapo base, free local work-related travel and free working week lunches. (1)
