Born and raised in Belgium, Rosie is as talented at French as she is in accountancy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her church family, doing all kinds of art, playing the piano, and swimming.
Miss Zoe Pickering
Zoe is our zero-hours employed as our autism & disabilities advocate and office intern. She advocates for others by drawing on her lived experience of Asperger’s Syndrome (a condition on the autistic spectrum) and mental illness.
She lives with her adorable dachshund Heidi and loves art, baking, crochet and learning French.

Dr Lavinia Miries

Originally from Romania, Lavinia and her husband moved to the UK a few years ago following the completion of her undergraduate medical studies in Cluj-Napoca.
Prior to joining us during the pandemic, she worked for both CMF and the International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA) where her heart started to beat for all nations.
Outside of work she enjoys watching movies and going on long walks with her baby girl.

Rachel locums in general surgery and has an interest in paediatric surgery. Non-clinically she works part-time for Christian Medical Fellowship (CMF) as Head of Student Ministries.
She volunteers one day a week as the clinical fellow holding our expertise portfolio.
Outside of work, she is a self-confessed feeder! She loves baking, cooking and eating - basically anything that involves food. When not eating, she enjoys watching TV and films, especially all things Marvel Cinematic Universe!

Born in South Korea, HaEun studied medicine at Imperial College London and completed her Foundation training in Southport.
She now works as a junior doctor in the South West of England, alongside volunteering with us one session per week as a clinical fellow.
Outside of work she loves to go on walks and play board games with her friends and family.

Sarah-Louise is our voluntary medical illustrator and graphic designer. She also contributes to some of our training schemes, drawing on her lived experience of autism and mental health problems.
She relaxes by going out for bike rides and doing all manner of arts and crafts.

Loy is married to our estates manager Papi.
Outside of work she loves to sing, dance and cook. She serves within her church: her beaming smile blesses the welcoming team and her beautiful voice sings in the choir. Her favourite Bible verse is ‘But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord’ (Joshua 24:15).
Miss Alice Barber
Alice grew up in the East Midlands before heading to the University of Leeds where she is a fourth year medical student. She has interests in healthcare inequalities, ethics and medical justice.
She volunteers on our torture & ill-treatment book project.
Outside of medicine, she loves spending time with her two house bunnies as well as knitting and yoga.
Mr Christopher ‘Chris’ Alejandrino
Formerly our Philippines janitor, Chris now volunteers with us. He enjoys helping to serve the needy & vulnerable and he is proud to be a born-again Christian.
When he isn’t caring for the youngest of his 14 children, he enjoys gardening, playing basketball and reading Christian books.
