Why make a list?
One way to reduce the chance of following through on a desire to self-harm is to remind yourself of all the pros and cons of self-harming. Sarah-Louise has designed a blank template for you to use. A sample completed list may be found in Appendix 6: Pros and cons list.
How to USE
The template is available to download as a PDF. It is designed for printing onto A4 sized paper. You may then list out your own individual pros and cons.
