Ministry Manager

Three quick questions

Are you a mature evangelical Christian with an international outlook and solid experience of management within Christian organisations?

Are you up for a substantial new voluntary challenge in the Philippines?

And do you have a heart for detainees?

Yes, yes and yes?

Then why not have a think about serving with us, a growing non-government organisation (NGO) with a heart for detainees?

Our SEC-registered Philippines arm, Integridad: Heart for Detainees has grown to the extent that we now need a full-time, on site, voluntary manager with the experience and skills to manage our multi-national team, complex work schedules, and challenging clientele.

As a result, we are open to applications from non-Filipinos as well as Filipinos. Ideally, we need someone who…

  • is mature both in personality and Christian faith

  • has experience of missionary life

  • has an international outlook

  • appreciates this voluntary role as service unto God

  • has experience of managing people and organisations in hot climate cultures!
