We have four years of experience as a provider of On-the-Job Training (OJT) placements. Most of our students are TESDA caregiver II or nurse assistant graduates from Baranguay Barretto Learning Center (BBLC) and Subic Bay College Inc (SBCI).

Hands-on

We embed you into our Philippines healthcare team, which runs a core schedule centred around visits to police stations for various different activities…

They cook food for hungry prisoners, you cook.
They go to police stations to assess new detainees, you go.
They teach CPR to local police officers, you teach.

Safer

Pre- or post-pandemic, we have never had a student come to harm. We take our duty of care to your seriously. We prepare you thoroughly. We equip you properly - including FFP3 masks to filter not just COVID-19 but also tuberculosis. We deploy you in line with our specialist policies. And we supervise you carefully.

Cheaper

We are significantly cheaper than most OJT placement providers. Our standard fee for a ten-day placement is just P1,000. And we waive that fee for any student who is the dependent of a detainee.
