Board ratios**
Equal opportunities: as an organization, we promote equal opportunities; currently this board does not have any trustees with a registered disability, and it has an equal number of female and male members.
Nationality: our SEC registration stipulates that we have seven trustees. Filipino trustees must remain in the majority - that is, at least four members. Currently two trustees are non-Filipino. So this vacancy may be filled by either a Filipino or a non-Filipino.

Currently this board has representatives from the fields of book-keeping, church leadership, mediation, law, medicine and teaching. We particularly welcome applicants with other professional backgrounds.
