Our detainee feeding program’s menu is considered carefully.

  • Every recipe is nutritionally planned, after considering:

    • the local population’s health tendencies,

    • it likely being the only substantial meal of the day - we aim for low fat, medium carbohydrate and high protein,

    • the local cost of fresh ingredients - we have to aim for less than P50 per portion (pp) excluding rice, which is often donated,

  • The ingredients and nutritional details may be viewed via the hyperlinks.

  • We are careful about allergens.

  • And we always cook fresh and serve hot.
