Menus
The menu for our detainee feeding program is carefully considered. Every recipe is nutritionally balanced: we aim for low fat, medium carb and high protein. We try to keep our production costs under P50 per portion, excluding rice as this is often donated. We are very careful about allergens. And we always cook fresh and serve hot.
Chicken tinola
Low fat, ~P35 per portion, recipe per 35 portions:
