Ingredients
bay leaves: 6
black pepper: 0.5 tbsp
coconut oil: 1 tbsp
chicken: 4kg
garlic: 100g
onions: 500g
potatoes: 1kg
rice: 9kg
soy sauce: 8 tbsp**
vinegar: 4 tbsp
Instructions
Prepare and dice the onions.
Chop the chicken into bite sized chunks.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Fry the garlic and onions.
Add and brown the chicken.
Add the potatoes, soy sauce and vinegar.
Add the bay leaves and pepper.
Cook the rice.
Divide the rice into portion-sized lidded pots.
Divide the dish into portion-sized lidded pots.
