Ingredients

  • bay leaves: 8

  • bell peppers: 500g

  • carrots: 1kg

  • celery: 120g*

  • coconut oil: 1 tbsp

  • chicken: 3.5 whole

  • garlic: 200g

  • liver spread: 1 Xg can**

  • onions: 200g

  • potatoes: 1.5kg

  • rice: 5.4kg

  • tomato paste: 3 Xg cans

Instructions

  1. Prepare and finely dice the vegetables.

  2. Chop the chicken into bite sized chunks.

  3. Heat the oil in a wok.

  4. Fry the garlic and onions.

  5. Add and brown the chicken.

  6. Add the liver & tomato pastes.

  7. Add the bay leaves and vegetables.

  8. Cook the rice.

  9. Divide the rice into portion-sized lidded pots.

  10. Divide the dish into portion-sized lidded pots.
