coconut oil: 1 tbsp
chicken: 3.5 whole
garlic: 200g
liver spread: 1 Xg can**
onions: 200g
potatoes: 1.5kg
rice: 5.4kg
tomato paste: 3 Xg cans
Instructions
Prepare and finely dice the vegetables.
Chop the chicken into bite sized chunks.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Fry the garlic and onions.
Add and brown the chicken.
Add the liver & tomato pastes.
Add the bay leaves and vegetables.
Cook the rice.
Divide the rice into portion-sized lidded pots.
Divide the dish into portion-sized lidded pots.
